U.S. Domestic Orders
Sales tax will be added for all orders shipped to Illinois (9.0%).
International Orders
Active Endeavors cannot anticipate taxes applied by overseas Customs houses.
Customs
All additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import fees, and surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer. Active Endeavors cannot determine in advance the amount, if any, that will be charged. Please check with customs house of your country to ascertain if any additional charges will be applied to your order. UPS assumes responsibility for such charges and bills the recipient accordingly. Active Endeavors does not receive any money from customs and import fees.
If you refuse to pay customs charges on an incoming shipment, it will be returned to Active Endeavors at our expense. We will then deduct that charge, as well as any additional customs charges, from the refund of the original purchase price.
