Ordering
When placing your order in our checkout process, please click the link on the Billing/Shipping page that says Click Here for International Orders. This will link you to a page custom designed for overseas orders.
Once your order has been submited through our system, will will confirm the billing address with the issuing bank before shipping your order. For your protection, all international orders are verified prior to shipping. This process may take several days. In some circumstances we will contact you with a request for the front and back of your card, either by fax or scanned and sent via email. If this is your first order with us, submitting this information at the time of purchase will greatly speed up your order. Returning customers using the same billing information as earlier orders will not be subjected to credit checks.
Shipping
International orders are shipped by UPS Worldwide Express and should arrive within 5-7 business days to most countries. To estimate your shipping costs, please use the table below or contact us.

These shipping rates are estimates. Actual shipping charges are based on package weight and destination. A $20.00 UPS surcharge will be added for destinations outside of urban areas.

Canadian Orders (Effective March 24th, 2008):
Orders over $100 qualify for free expedited shipping. Orders less than $100 will be charged $20 for UPS expedited service.
Customs
All additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import fees, and surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer. Active Endeavors cannot determine in advance the amount, if any, that will be charged. Please check with customs house of your country to ascertain if any additional charges will be applied to your order. UPS assumes responsibility for such charges and bills the recipient accordingly. Active Endeavors does not receive any money from customs and import fees.
Note: If you refuse to pay customs charges on an incoming shipment, it will be returned to Active Endeavors at our expense. We will then deduct that charge, as well as any additional customs charges, from the refund of the original purchase price.
Returns & Exchanges
International returns and exchanges will be accepted up to 45 days after the shipping date. Please insure return packages and get a tracking number. Active Endeavors is not responsible for packages until they are received at our store. In addition, any brokerage fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer. The fee will be deducted from the amount requested to be returned.
At this time we do not offer free return shipping on international orders, returns or exchanges.
