Shipping

Free Shipping within the contiguous United States.
We ship orders to continental United States free by FedEx Ground regardless of order size. Free shipping applies only to the continental United States by FedEx Ground; Expedited, Hawaii, Alaska and international orders are excluded.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated in real-time according to official UPS and FedEx rates. Shipping fees are based on the weight of the order and the distance it is being shipped. When you checkout, you will have the option of selecting your shipping priority on the Order Confirmation screen. Your order total will be automatically updated to reflect whichever shipping rate you choose.

Order Processing
Please allow 24-48 hrs to process orders (Monday through Friday 9am-5pm CST) and 5-7 business days for delivery from date of order for domestic shipments.

FedEx Ground generally ships to the Midwestern and Eastern United States within two days, and four days to the West Coast.

Overnight Shipments
In order to ensure timely delivery, overnight shipments received after 8:00 a.m. Central Time will not be shipped until the following day.

All orders placed after 11 a.m. Friday will be processed the next business morning.

Orders that are requested to be rerouted after they have shipped will be charged a $10 fee.

Refused packages that are returned to Active Endeavors will be charged a $10 restocking fee.
