We offer free return shipping on all orders via UPS (Alaska and Hawaii not included). Please fill out our return shipping form and we will email you a UPS shipping label by the end of the business day. Requests after 4 p.m. will be sent the following business day. Simply print out the email and affix it to the package. Be sure to cover the entire label with clear packing tape and remove any other shipping labels. If our free return ship label is not used, Active Endeavors cannot guaranty that our Return Policy will apply to your package.

Free return shipping labels are not available for orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada or International addresses.  For International returns, any brokerage fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.  The fee will be deducted from the amount requested to be returned.

NOTE: If you choose to return-ship with an alternate carrier, you must insure and track your package. Without the tracking information we have no access to your packages whereabouts. Active Endeavors cannot accept responsibility for packages lost in the mail.
