Returns & Exchanges

Sometimes clothes don't fit, aren't the color you like or just plain don't meet your expectations. No reason why you should have to pay for that, right? Active Endeavors provides free return shipping labels.  Just fill out the form here.  (International and Canadian orders are not eligible to receive free return shipping.)  Active Endeavors cannot accept returns with visible wear and tear. Tags must be attached. Shoes must be returned without visible wear and in the original packaging (not bent or damaged in any way).  Handbags must be returned inside of their dustbags.  Failure to return these items in their original condition may result in a fee.  Damages will be returned at our discretion. We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

NOTE ON HANDBAGS:  Handbag purchases must be postmarked within 10 days to receive a full refund.  Bags returned after 10 days receive store credit only.  Security tags will be placed on handbags.  If tag is removed no refund will be honored.

Returns:
All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the day we ship your package, in order to receive a refund. 
Please allow up to (10) business days for the processing of your return from the date we receive your package. We cannot accept returns on underwear or bathing suits. 

Sale Items
Sale items can be returned for store credit or exchange only.  Price adjustments for sale items will be accommodated within 7 days of the purchase date. Coupon codes may not be retroactively applied to orders that have already been processed.

NOTE ON SALE DENIM: All Sale Denim must be postmarked within 10 days from the date you received your package for a full refund.

NOTE ON COUPON CODES:  Any merchandise purchased with a coupon code is considered a SALE item. 

NOTE ON 70% CLEARANCE SALES:  All sales are final for merchandise sold at 70% off.

Exchanges
Full Price Items can be Exchanged up to 14 days from the day you receive your merchandise. Sale Items can be Exchanged up to 10 days from the day you receive your merchandise. Active Endeavors will re-ship any domestic exchange items free of charge. An Exchange Request must be filled out for your exchange to be processed here.  (International and Canadian orders are not eligible to receive free return shipping.)

Refunds
Refunds to your credit card may take up to 5 business days to appear on your credit record as your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account, once they receive the information from us. Refunds in the form of store credit are immediately available for use once your return has been processed. Store credit is valid for one year from the issue date.

Damaged/Mis-shipped Items
If you received a damaged or mis-shipped item, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective products at our discretion.
